Drone Footage & Imagery
As a drone photography business, we take care with imagery that may capture people, vehicles, or private property incidentally during a shoot:
We only fly and film within CAA regulations and with appropriate permissions
If you appear incidentally in footage captured during a commercial shoot and would like it removed or blurred, contact us and we'll accommodate reasonable requests
Footage delivered to clients is for the agreed purpose; any wider use (e.g. social media) is only with the rights holder's permission, as agreed at booking
How Long We Keep Data
Enquiry and booking data: retained for as long as needed to fulfil the service and meet accounting/legal obligations (typically up to 6 years for financial records)
Marketing data: retained until you unsubscribe
Footage: retained per the agreement made with each client, then deleted or archived securely
